Hello I noticed what planes do not spawn in 1024 or above Time compression any fixes?

Nope, and that's something that can't be fixed. The game pretty much passes you buy at that TC.

For the record, planes DO spawn above tc=1024, but you see them only very rarely.

Scripted aircraft IIRC rarely deviate from their path to attack you. I think we would need custom units that are invisible destroyers with a visible plane attached 1000 ft above to bombard you for that to work well.
OTOH I remember that late in the war when the planes get radar you would suffer a lot more air attacks, because the detection range around the plane means the 1024x TC doesn't completely prevent them from finding you, so something else that could work well is a custom visual sensor for airplanes with a range of 25-30 miles ![]()
