Optimal mod install order

I have GWX and USAM, as stated in a previous post, they all worked fine at first, then gave me 100% CTD's, recently it started working again for about a month, but now I'm back to 100% CTD's on the loading screen when I start a patrol.
Here is my activated MOD list
GWX- 16km Atmosphere
GWX- Alternate Loadscreen- Full Circle
GWX- Alternate Flotillas
GWX- Axis Mediterranean Aircraft Skins
GWX Late war sensors snorkel
GWX No Medals on Crew
USAM v69.61.1 part one
USAM....... part two
USAM 1b GWX Campagin

Here are my non active MODS
GWX- Black Sea only
GWX Captain America icons
GWX English Nav and grid refs
GWX Enhanced Damge
GWX Fix French
GWX Indian ocean files only
GWX Integrated Orders
GWX Lite traffic
GWX Das Boot movie
GWX Merged Campagin
GWX open hatch
GWX VIIC 41 player sub

Is there a certain order that I need to have the GWX files installed in BEFORE the USAM ones?

Am I doing something wrong, do I need to just uninstall all the mods, then start over?

Do you have the 4 gig patch installed? The USAM is a RAM eater. Also go back over the read me for the install of the USAM and make damn sure you did everything correctly.

AFAIK I'm following the readme correctly, and I have the patch installed. Every time I try to load a career, regardless of the year or flotilla, it gets about 3/4ths to 4/5ths done loading and goes right to CTD.

If I take off all of the USAM mods, and just use the GWX ones, it works fine, other wise it'll load about 85% of the way through, then stop and after a few minutes CTD
