d3dx9_4211 is missing

Hey guys, a member is asking for help, d3dx9_4211 is missing when trying to install SH5. Ideas?

hi neal, had to get new computer so lost all my mods etc as i could not transfer them over,
but i am having problem with sh5 i have installed it from disc about six or 7 times and i keep getting this message could not start as file;
d3dx9_4211 is missing as i am not good at starting threads could you ask for me as i miss sh5,

Tell him to do another reinstall but this time not to skip DirectX installation which comes with the disc...That should help, I hope.
