I'd really like to know what the Chinese take on this is and if they are in frequent contact with the US on this matter.

Rattling a sabre makes noise. Drawing it does not.

Not nearly as much as the blast from a tactical nuclear device.

North Korea could send an empty rocket over the head of South Korea, while they conduct this military exercise and let it fall into the sea south of Korea.

If they did this I think South Korea and the United States would get their coffee or tea in the choke

Depends if the thing actually goes off or hits where it's supposed to. Given that this is North Korea, the odds are not exactly high.

No!! But they did have the smarts to make a nuclear device, they are also moving in leaps and bounds with rockets/missile technology.

True...true...I guess you have to give them credit for that.

Guess it's a good thing that we're also moving leaps and bounds ahead with ABMs.
