Although technically it can make that really cool sssshk noise which in a quiet room will put everyones hairs on end.

North Korea could send an empty rocket over the head of South Korea, while they conduct this military exercise and let it fall into the sea south of Korea.

If they did this I think South Korea and the United States would get their coffee or tea in the choke

Depends if the thing actually goes off or hits where it's supposed to. Given that this is North Korea, the odds are not exactly high. :hmmm:
