Which ability is usefull when using sobers mega mod?

I think some ability like soundman 's" Tottal Reavling" will be useless,because of 100% difficult...in this situation,,the map show nothing at all,,,....am i right?

I always load up the gunner first with any promotion points. They need all the help they can get.....especially the vision impaired, aquaphobic flack gunner!!!

Then after that the Motor officer to reduce the noise level while silent running.....
