It seems with some MODS there is not always information on how to install mod and for which Silent Hunter 3,4or 5 or whatever. For someone who is now old and grey these things mean a lot. But thanks to all the clever mod makers who make things so much more interesting.

Hi Gin

Installing/enabling mods for SH3-4-5 is the same principle for all.

Open the zip file and then open each folder until you see the data folder.

Extract/copy the folder before the data folder to the current folder.

Then copy and paste the mod to the JSGME mod folder.

If the mod comes without documentation then you will need to see what if anything the mod wants to overwrite when enabling.

The safest way if you are not sure is to look at the mod lists that can be seen in Subsim.

Failing that post the mods that you want to use and ask if they are compatible and what the order they need to be in.

You will always find someone to help you including me.
