Volume increase?

Love the sound of this mod! But its to bloody quiet I can barely hear the diesel would be awesome if I could get some help in increasing the sound volume of those .wavs

I have tried Power Sound Editor with no luck saves out of game go into game its still the same.

Ideas tips anything would be awesome. Sorry I am new to this whole modding and editing files on my own etc.
