Warships Mod 3.0 ?

If someone out here can answer this question? I've installed WSM 3.0 onto my SH3 V1.4 vanilla game; quite frankly just so I can play Bismarck. I've selected the proper program being #I into GSGME and selected the type IXD2 boat, which is the Bismarck class Battleship.
The game starts perfectly except the only ship I get is what appears to be a "Pocket Battleship" with green and grey cammo, and 11' main cannons with three barrels instead of the duel barrel 15'. There are also no secondary light cannons on the port or starboard decks. I've tried to select different dates from 1939-1941 but no Bismarck. Is this model something you have to upgrade to with renown or should it be available upon start of a career

Are you playing Career or Single Mission? If you want the Bismarck in Career mode start your career in 1943.

No go. same vessel as before. Big Boat, little guns, wrong skins. It must be a corrupted file somewhere. This is a Steam version of the game and I'm running SH3 Commander. I have both SH3 and SH4. most mods work without fail but some, like this one have issues.
