Default [REQ] Please fix the crash dive time

Hi all,

Been playing subsims for years and eventhough i like the look of SH5 i don't really play it.
My biggest problem with it is everytime i press "c" for crash dive my uboot dives in like 10-15 seconds.
For me this is nonsens and should be more like 30 seconds.
In SH3 this was working and gave some tense moments when a plane was sighted, in SH5 with the extended viewrange planes are no real danger.

Tried fixing it myself but without much result, I am able to make the normal diving longer but somehow the crash dive seems unaffected by this.

So my request would be if someone could make the crashdive time from 10 to 30 seconds ?

Thanks for reading
Noline

if your using dark wraiths ui use the option editor
there is a section where you can change crash time delay
stock delay is 20 sec delay personally I use 3 sec

hope this helps

Hi Stew U-582,
I know about this and imho it is more a work around then a fix, bit strange to press "c" then wait for 20 seconds and then alarm bel etc.
Thanks for the suggestion but still hoping for a fix.
