Can't upgrade from VIIA
In my career, it's August 1940, and I still haven't recieved a VIIB. This is really annoying, seeing as my favorite sub to be in is the VIIC. The only mods that I can think are responsible are Equpment Upgrade Fixes and OHII Full. Can anybody help?

 Starting HappyTimes is stock issue type B - but your career may be stopping you getting one. This could change anytime soon. You will get a type C by the end of HT

Remember - you can start your career at any time of the war that you want.
Just use silentotto and pick 1941 - your career will continue from there |
