Hello fellow community members! I am very new to the subsim genre, and have just recently bought Silent Hunter 5 (I know it is not well liked, but I looked through some of the mods on this site and they looked like they could fix a lot of things wrong with the game). Throughout the past couple of years, I have sen the SH series pop up on Steam now and again and have always thought it looked neat and after seeing Das Boot a million times, I thought what the heck. So I finally bought the game and am enjoying it so far; I can't wait to start making it even better with the amazing mods found on this site!
