How do I add radio message?

Does anyone know how to connect a radio message sound file to the 'Report Contacts' radio button (the radio button furthest to the left in the cluster of three found when you click first on the radio-man button, and then on the 'Report' button, in stock SH3)?

I sure don't. I don't even have the game installed at present, so I can't help look. I know this is silly but I just wanted you to know I'm following your work.
