Default {REQ} An idea hit me...

I was reading on the forums a couple days ago and a user asked what the "saw tooth thing" is on the front of the sub.

Sailor Steve said it was a net cutter, but wasn't very effective.

WHY NOT IMPLEMENT THE NET CUTTER INTO THE GAME?

It is a great idea. All those annoying ASW Nets..... Why not? It can be just for the VII and II so nobody gets carried away....

The problem is....I'm not a modder. Someone would have to do it for us.

I believe it would entail completely rewriting the coding for the nets so they are no longer Environmental Objects, then creating the interaction between the cutters and the nets to make it work properly, then a whole lot of experimentation to make sure you got it right.

A lot of work to put something into the game that never once worked in real life.
