Default vanishing helmsmen

Could anyone possibly help, I would like to disable the vanishing helmsmen feature in FM's new interiors, I realise that they were'nt needed all the time but quite frankly it freaks me out, people did'nt vanish and reappear until the 23rd century and I don't got a problem with crew at their posts.
It's a fantastic mod ,I don't really want to uninstall it.

The two men on the dive planes move to their lookout posts on the turm when the sub is on the surface, they do not just vanish into thin air.

Get them back!

Better do a head count; they could have been washed overboard.

They really do vanish, reminds me when I was abducted by aliens, ended up in area 69.

That's because there is no cut-scene function which lets you see them get up and walk around. The crew also "vanish" from the bridge when you dive.

But yourself "vanishes" at the same time,therefore you don't witness it. Anyway I won't have vanishing crew members on my watch ,so s3d (the greatest tool in the history of gaming) delete stuff from /data/animations.....but which stuff?

Unless you cheat and use external view, in which case you will see the bridge crew evaporate

With you my friend I am out of my depth I don't consider external view cheating but an enhancement to the sim experience. Can I make other crew members vanish with a touch of a key?

they only vanish, when you first give an order to the watch officer on the bridge, after a surfacing, -while- you look at the helmsmen.

If you climb up, to realisticly talk to the watch officer, and enjoy some sea air, then they arent vanish, they pack their things, leave the station, and take a loong brake at their bunks.

XDD

The only time I give a watch officer order, is when im calculating target speed on the navigational map during a surface attack, and lazily request the target's distance from him. And in that time, the helmsmen is at my back, so they can leave without vanishing XD
(maybe I can yell the order loud enough from there, so it sounds across the conning tower, and they hear it on the bridge,
in fact it only half a meter from the hatch where they usually yell up: "One soul, to the bridge?" or someone copy the order, as they usually yell around Kaleun orders to eachother anyway
)
