Default watch crew always go down the hatch to late.

I dont know if this is due to MO but 8 out of 10 times when i crash dive , or make a normal slow speed dive for a hydrophone check the crew is ALLWAYS still on the conning tower by the time the boats underwater. This is surely aint immersive since either they had some serious BUDS/SEAL training or they are to high something to make in in the hatch in time. Either way i like to find out what causes this.. I think it has something to due with the mighty fine crew mod which is used my MO. But i can remember it happening in stock . Anyone wanne help me out where i can look to fine tune my watch crew so they dont hand around on the conning tower to long? Or is there a fix already?

In stock your crew just teleports down. Mighty fine crew they actually animate down the ladder and to station. So I think i'd rather have the crew be a little late down the hatch then the no binoculars teleporting crew of stock.

yes i agree , but there should be a way to fine tune this so the crew are not still busy getting down the hatch sort a speak.

Does anybody know if there even is a way to get the crew to animate down the hatch faster? Maybe i should lengthen the time it takes to dive since the dive is to fast in the first place anyway? I mean my crew still happily stand watch as the conning tower barely sticks out the water. It ruins my " das boot " moments 9 out of 10 times.

I think the trigger for the Crew Animation going down the hatch is a Water Interaction controller. If it is, you can change the Water Interaction level so animations start sooner.
