refueling single mission

Hi, I have a big question: Is it possible to refuel torpedoes, on a mission like Curacao?, because I am a pund to sink the U-461 in both stick to it, and type the only thing he does when I go is to take a sprint and escape ....
Can someone give me a clue as refueling, or you can not refuel, I forgot to eat that I have met the objectives ... but I like to go on patrol, I love my crew OCOG ....
