I'm assuming it has some sort of air source it would be too easy to just pass out or fall asleep due to co2 build up.

The website says the air supply is anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the model. They also have space for scuba tanks.

40 meters for all models. Read the specs, blindman.

It's not really a test depth, since they have a swim-in entry and no hatches. That's as deep as they can go. The bouyancy won't let them go any deeper.

Well have you ever seen a 40m long snorkel attached to someone's mouth? Or for that matter on a sub? OT what is the longest snorkel on an operating sub these days?
