Default Sank A Norway ship going into A British Harbor

I know I sank A nuetral ship, but it was going into A harbor that we were At war with. Also I did the Academy and my Rekown did not increase and Iv'e made 4 patroles with Tonnage yet my reknown is still at 303 I,m running GSX3 Gold And I do have A powerful Computer.

GSX3? Maybe it's from that mod!

Serious, the academy only gives you 1500 of renown when begining a new capaign, if not I think one only gets 1000 or 500. The game does not moddle neutrals ships smugling good to the enemy contrys, etc. So a neutral is a neutral, but if sank it, you can add renown after the patrol is finished, editing one of the career files (like a cheat)!
About your renown always being at 303, can't help you!

If I remember correctly sinking a neutral vessel or shooting down a neutral plane will cost you the amount of renown that you would normally receive if it was hostile. All ships & planes of that nation will treat you as hostile for 24 hours and have a go at you if they detect you.

If you passed the navigation exam in the Naval Academy then you should begin your career(s) with 1500 points (2000 points in 1939).
