FOTRS / returning to 1 accelleration.

When playing in accelleration and a ship is spotted on either radar or sound, the sim does not go back to standard time. I read some where in a post that this can be changed. any help would be great.

Maintaing Accelaration Time Compression

I do believe that this is hard coded. The reason beging is that we need to take a course of action when we receive flash updates from the Deck Watch Officer.

For instance :-

Where the contact is?
What kind is it??
Should be pursue the contact for an intercept?
What are my orders?

In a Real Sernario, what would have a "boat" Captain undertaken, I know many of us enjoy the game, but play it with a sense of some degree of realism and you may understand why FOTRS, is so challenging.

It is true that I am using other in addtion to FOTRS and this has enhanced, my experience, I have "Magic" tubes, never ends and gives me 100% kills all the time, but I still make it a point to follow all messages from Fleet Command, and updates, especially when the sub bases have changed due to the nature of the Pacific War.

I hope this helps, don't wish to dampen your spirits in any way.

Please enjoy FOTRS, it's and it is a great MOD.
