SH3 still the top dog?

Hi all

I've been out of the murky depths of Silent Hunter for a while and am feeling the urge to get back under the waves again and sink me a few hapless Tommies.

Is SH3 with the fantastic GWX still the version of choice for the discerning kapitain, rather than a modded SH4?

At this moment in time for me personally yes,SH3/GWX,SH3Cmdr does everything I could possibly want,but in the future with the GWX team working on GWX4 for SH4,who knows

We shall just have to wait and see

Why not try both and see which is more to your liking

There may be a SH5 on the horizon as well. We wait to see.

GWX 4?! SH5!?!? blimey i've been out of the loop for a while!

All good news - I think I'll go for SH3/GWX/SH3Cmdr for now and wait for these developments as they appear.

Just make sure it's GWX3 and SH3 Commander 3.2. The latest versions of both add more good stuff!

While I prefer the cold, dark, grey Atlantic of SH-GWX,

both fronts have alot to offer.

And as has been pointed out it, just gets better.
