SH3 still the top dog?
 

Hi all

I've been out of the murky depths of Silent Hunter for a while and am feeling the urge to get back under the waves again and sink me a few hapless Tommies.

Is SH3 with the fantastic GWX still the version of choice for the discerning kapitain, rather than a modded SH4?

At this moment in time for me personally yes,SH3/GWX,SH3Cmdr does everything I could possibly want,but in the future with the GWX team working on GWX4 for SH4,who knows:03: We shall just have to wait and see:hmmm: Why not try both and see which is more to your liking:03: Vive la differance :yeah:

There may be a SH5 on the horizon as well. We wait to see.:D

GWX 4?! SH5!?!? blimey i've been out of the loop for a while!

All good news - I think I'll go for SH3/GWX/SH3Cmdr for now and wait for these developments as they appear.

Just make sure it's GWX3 and SH3 Commander 3.2. The latest versions of both add more good stuff!:rock:

While I prefer the cold, dark, grey Atlantic of SH-GWX,

both fronts have alot to offer.

And as has been pointed out it, just gets better. :woot:

They are both great (thanks to our modders). A matter of preference but we are all brothers.
