Like its predecessor, Obama's Justice Department is claiming privilege

Civil liberties advocates are accusing the new administration of adopting the same arguments that its predecessor did to cloak intelligence-gathering programs of the Bush White House.

Nice. All this change we were supposed to get, yet we get more of the same. All the promises that are broken. The approval ratings are quickly catching Bush, and for good reason.
