Just a few questions please

Got a few extra dollars to play with and am planing a conplete system upgrade . From MoBo to case screws and everything in between . I cant decide weather to stay with nVidia or switch to ATI . I know this is very oppinated , so I'm trying to get some of your feelings on this and will make a desision in a week or so . So please let it fly !
I've read the manual with GWX 3.0 and I might have missed it ( sorry if I did ) is GWX 3.0 compatable with LIFEBOATS/ROWERS , the WATER STREAM MOD , the SEABED REPAIR MOD and the LONGER REPAIR TIMES MOD .
Again I skimmed over the GWX 3.0 manual today and might have missed it as mentioned above but these are really cool mods and would like to use them
