Help. CTD when loading a patrol docked in port!

Hi guys.

Running GWX2.1, SH3 commander (rolling back after exiting). Mods: torpedo real damage, debris and lifeboats.
Last patrol august 1940 (nº8), next patrol oct 1940(nº 9) , base Wilhelmshaven and changed to Lorient. When I finished it, and in november 1940, i can´t load the next patrol (nº 10). I tried to play again the october´s patrol (nº 9) (save of the august one is OK) but after finishing it, ant trying to load patrol nº 10, CTD again

The trouble is when I launch the patrol from the port; the first time looked like a trouble between bases (Lorient and Wilhelmshaven), but this second time depart and returning base is Lorient. So trouble has nothing to do with saves submerged or near ships or land
Some ideas? or I´m going to have to start a new career?
