Help. CTD when loading a patrol docked in port!
 

Hi guys.

Running GWX2.1, SH3 commander (rolling back after exiting). Mods: torpedo real damage, debris and lifeboats.
Last patrol august 1940 (nº8), next patrol oct 1940(nº 9) , base Wilhelmshaven and changed to Lorient. When I finished it, and in november 1940, i can´t load the next patrol (nº 10). I tried to play again the october´s patrol (nº 9) (save of the august one is OK) but after finishing it, ant trying to load patrol nº 10, CTD again:damn: .
The trouble is when I launch the patrol from the port; the first time looked like a trouble between bases (Lorient and Wilhelmshaven), but this second time depart and returning base is Lorient. So trouble has nothing to do with saves submerged or near ships or land
Some ideas? or I´m going to have to start a new career?

More difficulties
 

Have you ever tweaked your files in any way in your current SH3 install?,
What kind of mods do you use? (except those mentioned above),
It may be necessary to uninstall them.

If you didn't try all of that above....... than ....
did you try do delete patrol 10-th files in C:/Docs.&Sett./SH3/Career directory?

You've just had the same problem as I did a few weeks ago with one exception I couldn't even finished my current patrol). I had everytime CTD after pressing exit to home base button or docking at home base. Deleting last patrol files (I mean the one started but not complited) helpt me a lot.:yep: Now I can continue my old career without any problems.
If that won't help, than try to change graphic settings in your video card settings menu. They may be set to high to deal with.:hmm:
After all fails, new career may be an option.:-?

I´ve never open any file in any of the installs
Apart from the mods I told, some of the ones that include GWX2.1 and a mod that allows to see big TDC dials in UZO and attack periscope.
The 10th patrol is the one i can´t load from port, and i come to it from a 9th patrol played twice, with the same result in the start of the 10th.
Maybe I´ll play again the 8th one, to start the 9th one again and to see what happens when i reach september 1940 (the 10th one) and the change of base of the 2nd flotilla.
