Hello, Could someone explain to me why in "GW3 Willesmhafen in St Nazaire, Schluese, etc. .." starting port Kiehl, being on deck looking at 30 degrees, the FPS down between 20 and 30. Back at 40/50 FPS by turning my gaze to + or - 30 °. This does not occur with the "Scopes". Thank you for your attention. Claude.
