It's down to the amount of equipment that is rendered in the ports...usually if you pan 360 degrees your fps will increase but a lot depends on how good a graphics card you've got.

What are your specs? I haven't installed SH3 on this computer yet, but on my old one (GeForce FX 5200, 2.4 Ghz processor) going into just about any Axis port was asking for a lag drop, but especially Kiel and Wilhemshaven. Usually I just sat in the map room and TC'd as fast as I could out of there.

What surprises me is the way we look just at 25/35 °, the direction where there is only water, or ports, or buildings. It gets better once past the "Memorial Laboe.

Definitely sounds like a resource issue...

I'd be looking at my system setup as well as any background applications I might be able to shut down. :hmmm:

I tried to remove 1 or 2 sounds, nothing changes! What I understand, why only this direction is much lower FPS. An error of PRG?

I return to my problem.
This is not to blame "Wilhemshafen St Naz, etc. ...".
In fact, I removed all the mod on the ports, so pure in GWX.
FPS go down as well. Leaving Kiehl, 30 °, I 20/25 FPS.
MEETS someone does this same problem?

Err I don't really get what you mean. When exactly do you get the lag in FPS?
Here's what I get in my game; I start out at sea, not in harbor. But the harbor is still rendered by the game, because you're still quite close to it. So whenever I look back in the general direction of the harbor, my fps also drops to about 25. That's just the graphics card working a little harder. But if you're looking away from the harbor's direction and you get the FPS-drop, than I don't know what could cause it.

Also, do you experience the same problem when you start from another harbor?
