Ok,
For depth setting. Go to folder data\Submarine\NSS_Uboat7c (for example) In the cfg file look for this line: MaxDepth=500;meters Change it to whatever you wish. For speed settings. Same file. MaxSpeed=17.0 MaxSpeedSubmerged=7.6 BUT!! These settings are also in the sim of said Sub. You need Mini-Tweaker and the tweak files to change them. Any problems, just holler.
