The manual has conflicting information with regards to the torpedo speed for a T1 set to FAST. On page 41 it gives a speed of 45 knots. On page 50 it says 44 knots.
Can anyone tell me what the actual speed is in the game? |

Never spotted that before...I wouldn't have thought 1 knot would make a great deal of difference, even when firing from extreme range.

As for the TII, that is interesting. I know in RL that 30 knots was their best speed, and only if the torpedo was preheated, so maybe the 28 is assuming that the torpedo is "cool". And yes, Jimbuna, 1 knot won't make much of a difference. But my perfectionist side wouldn't let me go without getting it right. |
