Default I'm confused a bit about the alternative flotillas mod

After some time (probably about 2 months) I've returned to one of my fav sims ever. I've installed GWX2.0 without any problems. Now I'm deciding which mods I want to enable before starting a new career. I've read in the GWX manual that the alternative flotillas mod needs to be installed in a special way. First the Navigation Maps and Grid References in English mod needs to be installed, so I did that using JGME. I enabled that mod, then I tried enabling the Alternative Flotillas but it gave me a warning message saying that by enabling the mod it may cause some problems or something like that. Did I do something wrong? Should I go ahead and just say yes?

Also a question about the Black Sea and Indian Ocean campaign mods. One of these needs to be activated only if I'm either starting a whole new career there or if I'm already in a career but would like to transfer to either one of these places, right?

Can you please be a bit more specific with the warning message. Tell us exactly what it say otherwise we might give you the wrong advise. As a rule of thumb though if you follow to the letter the instructions in the GWX Manual you should have no problems at all.

Those files can be enabled at any moment providing you follow the rules about enabling files (be at port and rollback SH3Cmdr). They do not affect your career at all, as they just add/remove shipping from the designated areas.

I'm following the exact instructions that are in the manual. After enabling the English Nav Map and Grid Refs mod, I try enabling the Alternative Flotillas mod and here's the exact message I get:
"Flotilla.cfg" has already been altered by the "GWX - English Nav Map and Grid Refs" mod.

Enabling this mod may have adverse effects on your game.

Are you sure you want to enable this mod?
So, should I go ahead and enable it?

I also get a similar type of message when I try to enable Merged Campaign mod after enabling Lite Harbor Traffic mod, and there's nothing in the manual that tells or warns about this.

Yes you should go ahead. The flotilla.cfg file is what gets changed byt using this mod. JSGME is just doing it's job of advising that a change to a previously modified file has been made.

Thanks TarJak. I've never seen that message before so wasn't sure if I was doing it correctly.
