To be honest I have not seen that since the early days of SH4, what order do you have your mods in.

Try this: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=128210

You should be in port to make this change, also you will need to de-activate Trigger.
Change the .sim file in Trigger, data\cfg\sim < ------ file to change in there.

Thanks , Reallyded , I'll try it asap .

I reckon it might be a TM 175 issue , I wish Ducimus could help !

I think it may be related to stock, not sure if Duc did anything to those files. Of note, this is my install and seems to be working fine ( I did the above edit, as well as a few other things to ROW, see below ):

REL_Trigger_Maru_1.7.5
ROW Textures with Sun Halo camera flair vs_5
ROW Object Reflections and Search Lights vs_5b
ROW SKY and Ocean Controls vs_5
ROW SKY and Ocean Controls vs_5a
ROW NEW Clouds from Kriller2
ROW Camera vs_1a
ROW NEW SeaFoam from Jaketoox
ROW Sound Effects vs_8
NBC
Captain Midnights MORE CBS NEWS! MOD v1,2
BBC World
foam_hotfix
Improved Voices 1.0
LESS WATER LIMBER HOLES
No Distortion Underwater
BALAO BLACK HI-RES V1.0
FooBor's PORPOISE BLACK HI-RES V1.0
FooBor's TAMBOR BLACK WTH HI-RES V1.0
FooFighters Narwhal BLACK HI-RES V1
GATO BLACK HI-RES V1.0
SALMON HI-RES BLACK V1.0
S-CLASS BLACK HI-RES V1.0
Stock Algae 1.0
warships_retextured_v1_2
Recognition manual V3 Stock SH4 + TM1.7
ROW_Improved_night_visibility
Stock Limber
DaveTribute
ROW Main Load Screen
ROW Sub Reflections and Roll Pitch Mod vs_5
REL_Gato_interior_600ft
LEO on Desk

One imporant note though, for ROW Sub Reflections and Roll Pitch Mod vs_5, I delted all files that were not .Dat from the folders, as the other stuff will overwrite imp. parts of Trigger.

Again, if you are going to do the same, be in port and de-activate that particular mod.

I have no flying sub with the above config.

ROW and RFB both lower the boat in the water and lessen/eliminate the effect. Dave and I were unknowingly working on this in parallel and he beat me to it. So I got his permission to include the changes in the RFB sub files.

Easiest way to rectify this would be to download the ROW Sub Reflections and Roll Pitch Mod vs_5 as this will not cause any significant framerate hits. Dave also modified the wake to work properly with the new hieight the sub was sitting in the water.

Thanks Guys ,
I've got a lot to try , although Ducimus doesnt recommend using the full ROW sub reflections and roll n pitch file mod , only the dat files as RDP mentioned .
I never noticed this with my previous install with TM172 though .

thanks again

If you plan to use ROW, just do what I told you and you should be fine. As well that first link is a nice effect as well.

Totally irrelevant to the problem discussed (which seems to have been solved, btw), but I HAD to comment on one thing:

69 FPS during a storm?! I WANT A NEW COMPUTER, BWAAAAAH!!!
