Probably weekends 1800 - 2000 GMT , 1900-2100 Berlin time
1300--1500 New York time would be good time to gather for a couple of beers and some good cheer and fellowship.

A bit difficult to get European and American contingents together during the week.

But the officers club is open 24/7. So it is only a matter of fixing a time to meet your friends.

Maybe some of our leading lights would like to host a chat at a certain time and day.
