Don't you just hate it when they nail you right in the periscope lens as you are tracking a convoy in shallow water?

That big white spot is quite visible to the enemy.

I once lost a U-boat after a seagull pooped on my scope.

Dowly took a screenshot of a similar event. I wish I could find it.

Seagull poop costs lives!

Don't you go bad-mouthing gull guano. Gull guano is mined to make nitrates. You know, the stuff that is used to make the things that go *BOOM*.

That there bird feces is military gold, my friend, military gold. Scrape it off and sell it when you get back home.
