Default scene.dat: General Environmental Data...

When opened with tweaker "scene.dat" offers General Environmental Data for tweaking:
...
...
WaterOpacity=
FresnelCoef=
ReflectionIntensity=
ReflectionBias=
ReflectionDeformation=
...
...

Are there any experiences in tweaking these files for a sea-surface cosmetics?
What is Opacity in SH3 ?

Opacity = how clear the water is and how much light it allows to pass through it

I know what means opacity itself, ...there is another subfile "Underwater" settings with:
UnderwaterFogSstart=
UnderwaterFogEnd=
...to determine underwater visibility!

...but this is file for general opacity???
Although transparency of water is not present in SH3f rom arial view... (only in SH4 water has opacity...)

Maybe that setting is for the underwater-horizon (where the sea-floor suddenly "ends"), like can be seen in this picture:

I tried several settings for water-clarity, through SH3Commander, but that horizon didn't change.
Would love to have an endless horizon...I mean, my vid.card isn't exactly being pushed under therse conditions.
