Does someone have a chart of recommended running depths for various ships when trying for a magnetic shot?

A general rule of thumb is 1/2 a meter to 1 meter more then the specified draft in calm seas, 2 meters more in rough seas, though I would advise you to NOT fire a magnetic torpedo in rough seas, especially early in the war due to the unreliable pistols. Use impact in rough seas if possible with a depth of at least 1 and 1/2 meter ABOVE the specified draft.

You get info on the target by clicking on Ship (Shiff) on the periscope or UZU pad.
I use 1 - 1.5 meters depth. You may want to read about shooting magnetics on my webbie ![]()
