Default Unlimited Torpedo's

In the good old Silent Hunter 1 there was an option for Unlimited Torpedo's, why isnt it in SH4? Is there something that could change that?

There is no need, as it's in game. It's called a "refit". You sail to a friendly port (marked on the map with a dark blue anchor) or a sub tender (striped lighter blue anchor) and choose the refit option when you get the popup. It'll give you a full reserve of torpedoes and a full tank of diesel. If you were completely empty, after loading all the tubes, refit again. Now you have a full load of torps, a full tank of fuel, and can go back hunting again. No damage will be repaired.

Seriously, there wasn't an option for this in Silent Hunter III either.

Is part of the gameplay to find the places where a ship must be hit for it to go down. Where's the fun it you toss 10 torpedoes in just one ship?

This is what differentiates a great skipper from a bad one.
