[REQ] Tutorial Sticky

I think a lot of ppl here have the talent and the will to try stuff, but sometimes you don't have to reinvent something thats already been done, what i mean here is spending unessecary time on stuff thats been solved or tried by others. So I would propose to make at least a sticky for Tutorials. I did one for skinning some weeks back its at page 14-15 by now and I am sure alot of ppl trying to skin never saw it. there has been other tuts as well by talented peeps here that are sort a lost in the static.
