Default Physical Fitness

I wonder just how fit everybody is on this forum, probably, WAYYYYY fitter than me. I go to the gym usually about 4 days a week. I have had an exercise program and I do some cardio work on cross-trainers, walking on treadmills, even some rowing, cycling.

I also do various abdominal exercises in an attempt to keep my tummy under strict control, and the main one buttox!

Tonight I went and had my little induction and found that my fitness was not really as great as it could have been. There is a women's only gym there but when that gets full you have to share with the guys and I'm ok with that, just when you are trying to exercise to the best of your ability and you see the amount of weight on these machines they can shift it definately does make you feel like the "weaker" sex LOL

My brother is like a tank, he can go no probs in there, but me, I feel like I struggle somewhat. True I have not been going for as long as he and I need patience. I think lifestyle and diet comes into the equation a lot in terms of how overall physically fit you are. I was just curious what everybody else had to comment on in terms of how fit you are and diet, lifestyle etc etc.
