UBI SH3 Forum Short Story Contest

Ok first let me start by apologizing for not getting this to you guys sooner. If your interested in submitting a short story please feel free to do so. I / We encourage all those out there that like to write short stories / patrol logs to submit them into the contest. The reason I'm sorry is that the Contest started on the 1st of the month and well we have already lost 6 days. The idea is simple, we want to get enough interest in short stories to open up a "library" on the forum if possible.

For more information and rules please feel free to stop by the SH3 forum below.
Here you will see the certificate and rules for the contest.

Again anyone can enter as long as the story follows the rules posted by the moderator. There is still pleanty of time to submit.

If for some reason you can not get register with the UBI forum please PM me the story and I will post it in the correct spot with NO CHANGES, and your Subsim forum name. This way your sure not miss out and others can enjoy your writing.

I know there is a ton of tallent in this forum and I / We would love to see it.

Ok I dont know if there is a forum problem with PM here at subsim or what but still no new email or PM. If worse comes to worse simply post it here on this forum and i will copy and paste it. Sorry for any problems or inconvienence this has caused you.

Where exactly are the PM being sent to just out of curiosity, I know you had to recieve mine in order to write the response. I'm not sure what has happened might be me being blind for all i know lol, but i checked and it says no new pm. If it helps you could also email it to me.

The link took me to what looks like the general UBI forum where the SH forums are buried with all the other games--seems that something is a bit screwy.

Will Email my entry, which is on my webbie. Thanks for your efforts.
I wonder were all the other scribes are. Maybe they need a special invitation

First let me say that was a great story and you sure do have talent. Second I have posted it VIA the email that you sent me on the UBI SH3 forum. Good luck.

It seems that the reason you can not follow link as I can is because you are not a member of the forums. I was not aware that this would be a problem but now hindsite it looks like it might become one.

It may be easier for everyone to simply email me the story and then I will post it in the UBI SH3 forum.

The problem however become the voting process. I would recommend setting up a user name on the UBI forums as well, the process is similar to the subsim setup. Try the subsim user name you have and see if it is taken. If it is not I would use that one so its easy to remember. If the name is taken try one similar to that name as well.

Just so you all know I have two names

Subsim = William516
UBI SH3 = William66th
(I welcome anyone to come and visit our happy little community :p )

Time is running fast I know i have read creative stories online in this forum and really invite the writers to participate. The contest deadline is the 18th of this month.

Its still possible to finish before the deadline bet better hurry.

So far only a dissapointing 3 people including myself are entered, we really would like to see more.

Have you ever tried to write? Heck you may not know you can unless you give it a try. The imagination is a wonderful thing.
