Help!! I've lost my bases!!

I've got a problem,

I used the mission editor for the first time the other night to add some extra airbases for the germans and a few other minor things.

When I launched my next patrol I found my starting point for my U-Boat was in the middle of the South Atlantic!!!

More of a problem was there was no ports (both friendly and Enemy).

Is there a way to get them back, there were ships, as I went hunting and sank some, and I was able to get home by exiting the mission.

Please let me know, I just want to go home!

(I don't have red ruby shoes)
