Ships silhouettes for NYGM?

Hi, this days using s3ditor and paint.net, i made for myself new ships_sil.tga.
My installation is NYGM3_6C + IABLShipsforNYGM_New2 + TMT mod (NYGM version).
This ship silhouettes are from this installation, and contain all merchant ships, but not military, and they are black. Look like this:

I will give this to people, if someone need them. But, have a question: i need to know to whom is this file: Base_sil_tga_files.rar
This are blank sil background files.

Simply, don't remember from where i take this file. Probably from Plissken server but whose folder, would be too exhausting to search them all.

And, are i need permission for them?
