End the patrol. For the new one everything will be restocked.

I dont think you can resupply, thats in Silent hunter 4.

Its alright to end the patrol though, if you really dont want to sit in port for a month though, download SH3 commader, that lets you set the time in port to whatever you like.

Or set the infinite ammo cheat in the realism options and be done with it. You might still have to end the patrol though.
