Default Do I need a Hydrophone mod fix?

Hi

I read somewhere that the was a problem with the Hydrophone -- that the sector angle of the rotating sensor was too large or something.

Anyway, I just want to know if I need to get this mod, or if a fix has been included in any of mods that I have installed. Here's my list:
