Modding Challenge: start game paused

Because of the loading times of SH3 saved games, it would be nice if you could fire it up, and go do some dish washing, feed your dog, or do some shaving (no forget that)

And then come back and find your game loaded and paused, waiting for you to press a key and start playing immediately.

As far as I tried, one could change the default gaming speed (RealTime=1) to 0 (it's in the main.cfg file). This will start the game paused, but will pause the game when switching between most stations as well. So that's not good enough.

Has anyone ever tried to make the game start paused?
