Import boats to SHV? Possible?

Hi, I'm new here. I know about 3d design (non-professional) and I wonder if it's possible make new boats and interiors (3d files, mesh and texture) and import it to SHV. I have seen the Bismark MOD of SHIV and i wonder if its possible make something like that in SHV (I dream to make the interior part of the boat). I use 3D Max 7/9/2010/2011 and i know how to model a boat.
