Missing icons

Ive seen in the manual that when your crew gets a special ability, it should be represented on a toolbar near the speed gauge. I dont see this at all. Also, I cant seem to find a clock and am forced to dive/surface/take action to find out what time it is on the message readout in the bottom right hand corner. Any ideas on how to get these things to show up or are they just not included?

The UK website was updated with Manual Errata that indicated that this 'feature' was taken out of the game. The US website is run by morons and has not been updated in over a month, and what updates they did are incomplete and broken.

For the clock press "O" to open your chronometer and check the time, hover over the little dial near the top of the face for the date. Or install skwasjer's wonderful digital clock mod.
