SOUND.ACT problem
hello great community
a question for the (sound)modding guys WHAT IS THIS FILE AND WHAT DOES IT? i had a CTD  after enabling the Das Boot Sound Mod in sh3 with GWX 3.0 Gold(mod worked perfect by the way beautiful immersion and realism added) |

It's dynamic library (as *.dll) executable code ...
and ... it is not used in GWX 3.0 ...
