Default The Second American Revolution - 2076?

I will for sure be dead by then, and you too? , by then - 2076.

But some of these points need to be fixed now and/or discussed now:

http://LearnABit.HomeServer.com/lab/...Revolution.wmv

I would like to see and interesting exchange of view points instead of the normal "my party is in and WE are fixing everything" current attitude.

Thoughts, ladies and gentlemen?

Be nice to each other.

Time to apply the pressure from us little folks.

If I am alive, I'll be 120, the oldest man in recorded history.

I'll only be 90, not so bad. Probably too old to shoulder a musket though.

That's true, since by then, you'll be lucky if they allow you to even have a musket let alone a real gun.

Maybe, but at least by 2076 it will be a laser musket.

And the amount of parts they'd have to install to get a 90 year old ready for combat you might as well call him "Robo-Minuteman"...

Well, I can certainly agree with the "non-representing representatives" part of the message. The real question is, will enough people wake up soon enough to apply the pressure necessary before it's too late to do it peacefully.

Thats the question

NO is the answer

too many Americans dont give a crap as long as they can get pre-approved credit for a brand new car or a big screen TV.

Correct...and that is why we are bailing out the banks and car companies.

My own opinion? Let them fail. After all, that is exactly what they would do to me...

That was kinda the answer I was leaning towards, as well, but we can always hope that we're wrong about that.

Over the last 6-8 years, I am strongly leaning towards term limits for these a-hole politicians that seem to live forever in Wasington DC - senate and/or congress.

I am from Illinoios. I want that useless piece of CRAP [Dick Durban from Illinois] gone via a term limit. He's a useless sack of crap, and YOU are funding his BIG pension because the JERKS in my state keep re-electing him - along with your states Senate seats [of 2] - NO TERM LIMITS - are killing us. We "dump" a President in 8 years, but these local a-hole politicians last forever?

"WE/US the people" should have the solem right to get rid of these useless leeches.

The PEOPLE need to set term limits - NOT - the politicians.

1,000% agreed with this wise statement:

If I were from Massachusetts, I'd feel the same way about Ted Kennedy. Well, actually, I feel that way about him now, even though I'm not from Mass.

I totally agree with this statement. As long as americans comfort zone isn't disturbed they don't care.

With the world economy in the crapper all things are changing..

You want term limits, to what? Override the vote of the majority of your state? If the man keeps getting elected, clearly he's wanted....
