'Special Skills'

Hi all,

I am far enough into the game now that my crewmen are getting special skills. In particular, ones that have to actively be clicked on. Unfortunately, the special skills tab is cluttered with so many passive skills, I can not see the one (and only) skill that actually needs to be clicked on. Is there a way to keep passive skills from showing on this menu? Also, is there a way to keep active skills that can not be activated (because they are not in the right compartment) from showing?
